Professional Knives

Metal-detectable knives come in 6 different lengths and styles. From a 3” mini parer to a 12-inch butcher’s knife, all knives have a blue metal detectable handle. (Inventory is available on the 3.5” vegtable knife with blue or red handles) Usable in food processing operations. The knife blades are made from fully hardened, tempered Grade 420 stainless steel and are easy to clean. These knives will withstand dishwasher use.
